Did you know when a muscle becomes dehydrated by a mere 3% it will have a decrease in strength of 10%? The sun’s hardly shining in winter but that doesn’t mean we don’t get dehydrated if you’re stuck inside with the heater on all day. So remember to replenish your body with water throughout the day.

Dewater dehyrationhydration can also lead to
– muscle cramping
– muscle spasming
– dry skin and lips
– fatigue
– headaches
– dark urine
– constipation
– excessive thirst
